Consent to personal data processing
Edition of 16 October 2026
This is a translation for convenience. The Russian version is legally binding; if the two differ, the Russian text prevails.
By ticking the box “I consent to the processing of personal data” in a form on the QuestGuru website, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give consent to the operator — IP Supryatkin A. O. (INN 524924038899, OGRNIP 319784700115607; email questguru@mail.ru, phone 8 (812) 372-97-52) — to process my personal data on the following terms.
What data
- name (and surname, if I gave it);
- phone number, email, nickname or link in a messenger;
- order details: the quest or party, date and time, number of guests, age group, address and time of the party for invitations, name of the certificate recipient, comment;
- source tags of the visit (UTM), if I came to the site through an advertising link.
Purposes
- booking a quest or party, confirmation and a reminder of the time;
- replying to a request, calculating the cost, calling back;
- issuing and sending a gift certificate and invitations;
- recording requests and assessing which advertising brings guests.
Advertising mailings are not sent under this consent — for those the operator asks for separate consent.
What the operator may do with the data
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without the use of automation.
Who the data may be passed to
Only to the extent needed for the purposes above: to the operator's accounting system (CRM), to an email service for sending emails, and to the acquiring bank when a certificate is paid online. More details are in the privacy policy.
Duration and withdrawal
The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than three years from the last contact, or until it is withdrawn. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to questguru@mail.ru or calling 8 (812) 372-97-52. After withdrawal the operator stops processing and deletes the data within 30 days, except where the law requires it to be kept (for example, accounting of payments).
