Privacy policy

This policy describes how personal data of visitors to the QuestGuru website (https://квестгуру.рф) and of guests who leave requests and book quests is processed. The policy is published in accordance with part 2 of article 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

1. Operator

2. What data and why

• Quest booking — name, phone, email, number of players, selected services, comment: to book you for a game, confirm the time and contact you if anything changes.
• Requests for a party, corporate event, call back, quiz — name, phone, email (optional), messenger, date, number of guests, age, comment: to calculate the cost and contact you.
• Gift certificate — buyer's name, phone and email, recipient's name: to issue the certificate, accept payment and send it.
• Invitations — email, date, time and address of the party: to make and send the invitations.
• Source of the visit — UTM tags of the advertising link (kept in the browser until the tab is closed and sent together with a request): to understand which advertising works.
• Cookies and statistics — only after your choice by category in the cookie banner: “Analytics” (Yandex Metrica with Webvisor and an anonymous identifier of the quests viewed) and “Advertising” (VK pixel). Consent to cookies is a separate document: consent to cookie processing (in Russian); details are in the cookie policy (in Russian).
• Anonymous visit counter — always on, with no cookies and no visitor identifier: it counts pages, clicks on the “Book” buttons, calls and messengers, the referring site (site name only) and UTM tags, the device type (phone or computer) and the city. We do not receive or store your IP address, browser data, cookies or what you type into forms, so a person cannot be identified from this data. It is stored in our accounting system only as daily totals. It does not run if Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control is enabled in your browser.

3. Legal grounds

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box in a form (text of the consent), and the conclusion and performance of a service contract (booking, purchase of a certificate) — items 1 and 5 of part 1 of article 6 of Law 152-FZ.

4. How we process data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without the use of automation. Decisions that have legal consequences are not made solely by automated means.

5. Who receives the data

• the operator's accounting system (CRM) — to record a booking or request;
• an email service — to send emails to you and to administrators;
• T-Bank (AO “TBank”) — when a certificate is paid online (card data is entered on the bank's page; the site does not receive it);
• the sales accounting service amoCRM — certificate orders (if connected);
• Yandex LLC — Yandex Metrica statistics, only with consent to cookies in the “Analytics” category.
• VK LLC — the VK Ads pixel (counting visits and requests for advertising), only with consent to cookies in the “Advertising” category and if connected. The pixel does not work without JavaScript.

Personal data is not transferred across borders. Data is not sold and is not passed to third parties for advertising.

6. Retention

Until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than three years after your last contact, or until consent is withdrawn. Payment data is kept as long as accounting legislation requires. After the period ends, the data is deleted or depersonalized.

7. Your rights

To find out what data about you is processed, to ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, or to withdraw consent, write to questguru@mail.ru. We will reply within 10 business days. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can apply to Roskomnadzor or to a court.

8. Protection

The site works over HTTPS only; access to data is limited to employees who need it for work; forms are protected against automated submissions; names and phone numbers are not written to server logs.
