Frequently asked questions

Do I need to speak Russian to play?

Games are hosted in Russian, and we provide English instructions and hints. If you would like an English-speaking host, send us a request and a manager will get in touch. Quests with an actor, host or guide who speaks Russian, and the adults-only quests, are labeled on their pages.

How do I book and pay?

Choose a quest and a time, then press “Book via Telegram”. A chat with our bot opens and the details of your booking are passed to an administrator automatically, so no phone number is needed. If you prefer, you can leave your email in the booking window instead. The administrator confirms the details and the prepayment of 500 ₽ (RUB) in the chat.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Let us know about a cancellation at least a day in advance, and we will refund the prepayment or keep it for a rescheduled game. If you cancel less than 24 hours ahead: for a quest, the prepayment is not refunded but may be kept for a game on another date; for a Birthday package, actual expenses (pizza, drinks, cake, etc.) are withheld. Refunds go back the way you paid: online, to the same account (1–3 days on our side, then it depends on your bank); in cash, at the venue; through an aggregator, the aggregator issues the refund. You can reschedule a game by giving at least a day's notice, and the prepayment is kept for the new date. If you reschedule less than 24 hours ahead, the quest prepayment may also be kept for the new date; for a Birthday package, expenses already incurred are withheld.

When should we arrive?

Arrive 10–15 minutes before the start of the game. If you are late, the playing time may be shortened or the game canceled.

What are the age rules?

The minimum age depends on the quest. Children from 8 years old (in some quests from 6–7) play with an animator or an accompanying adult. Everyone who enters the game area counts as a player, except infants.

What are the house rules?

A game lasts exactly 60 minutes, and at your request it can be stopped at any time. No brute force is needed: damage to props caused by participants must be paid for. Photo and video recording inside the quest is prohibited, and the premises are under video surveillance. You may bring your own treats, except strong spirits; the waiting area has a water cooler and tea.

Where are the venues?

There are 4 venues in the city center: Nevsky Prospekt, 64/11; 5th Sovetskaya Street, 3/13; Kolomenskaya Street, 25; Kolomenskaya Street, 42. See the venues page for directions to each entrance.
